Created by Adam 13 years agoHe attended Point Harmony Elementary School, Andrew Jackson Junior High School, Nitro High School and Graduated from Hurricane High School in 1981.
He took automotive repair at the Putnam County Vocational School and at the age of 15, Phillip built his very first car, a Volkswagen Beetle.
